This part of your onboarding will give you a well-rounded introduction to your department, your role and the tools, software, policies and processes that you will use and apply.
It includes self-learning activities and briefings with managers and key colleagues. Depending on your department and/or role, you might also have interactive online classes.
Each stage of this onboarding journey is designed to build on the others. Ideally, some parts should be completed before you start your mission, but once again, we understand that depending on your recruitment timeline and context, you may need to go through them in a different order — and that's totally okay.
