This MSF Essentials for Everyone section is mandatory. It is intended for all newly recruited MSF staff and is designed to help you become familiar with who we are: our mission, our values, and the way we work.

Some learning activities may be completed before you start your role, while others can be completed progressively once you have started. However, we recognise that depending on the context, timing, and recruitment process, these activities may be completed in a different order.
