This onboarding program is developed for MSF Switzerland staff who are joining the HR and finance departments for the first time or starting a new position within these departments. To make your first months on the job as smooth as possible, we built an onboarding path that is customized to your role.

​All the onboarding paths include self-learning activities and briefings with managers and key colleagues. Depending on your role, you might also have interactive online classes.
