This onboarding learning path is developed for MSF OC Geneva staff who are new to the organization or transitioning into a new role.
To make your first months on the job as smooth as possible, we've created a customized onboarding path with two main phases :
- MSF essentials for all
- Onboarding per department
Start with (1) MSF Essential for all staff and then continue to (2) your Department.
You will find links to key trainings, materials and important information.
MSF Essentials for All
This part is intended to give you a general overview of MSF - it's missions, guiding principles, governance model, organizational structure, priorities and ways of working etc.
It is mandatory for staff who are joining MSF for the first time.
Onboarding per Department
In addition to the MSF Essentials for All, you must complete the onboarding that your department has put together for you.
The content of this onboarding is specific to your department and/or position.
