The MSF Essentials for All is applicable to all new MSF staff, and is designed to get you familiar with who we are  - our mission, what we value and how we work.

Some of the learning activities can be done before you start your position, while others can be completed over time once you're on mission. However, we understand that depending on where, when and how you are recruited, you might need to complete them in a different order.
